From offices in New York City and Yonkers, NY, Stanley A. Tomkiel, III, Esq. has been practicing personal injury law since 1979, as one of Tomkiel & Tomkiel's co-founders. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida, and before U.S. District Courts in the Southern District of New York and the Middle District of Florida.
He handles complex serious injury cases. Many of his settlements and verdicts have been reported in state and national professional publications, including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now the American Association of Justice) Law Reporter, the New York Jury Verdict Reporter and the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Tomkiel oversees a practice that is devoted exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death cases, including construction and worksite accidents and injuries caused by medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, defective products, unsafe premises, and motor vehicle accidents.
Mr. Tomkiel is very generous with his time in giving back to the community as a member of the Board of the Elinor Martin Pregnancy Care Center of New Rochelle, NY, and advisor to Advocates for Life, of Yonkers, NY. He is an officer of the Yonkers Lawyers Association. He has served for ten years as president of the Catholic Coalition of Westchester, and has received a Service Award, County of Westchester in Recognition of Service to the Cause of Religious and Civil Liberties, and a Pro Bono Award, Fire Fighters Burn Foundation of Westchester-Putnam, NY. He was a pro bono volunteer with Trial Lawyers Care which represented the victims of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center for the Victims Compensation Fund.
